Heather is the Human Resources Managing Director for Audax Group, based in Boston. Heather previously served as the Americas Chief People Officer at global strategy consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting; served as the Human Resources Director at healthcare consulting firm Health Advances; and served in a variety of HR roles at Kessler Group.

Heather received a B.S. from Indiana University.
