Kurt is a Senior Vice President at Audax Strategic Capital, based in New York. Prior to joining Audax in 2025, Kurt was a Principal at Man Varagon, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting and structuring transactions for the firm’s direct lending strategy. Before Man Varagon, Kurt was an analyst at Nuveen where he focused on private credit and equity investments.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, where he was a member of the varsity football team.
